The Design Phase
From the moment that you contact us for a landscape design plan, our experts will provide you with the guidance and knowledge that you need to get started with us. We collaborate with members of our staff, but we also work closely with you to create the landscape of your dreams.
The design phase includes many different parts that we include you on. We want to know what you envision happening during this project. We also want to learn more about property boundaries, right of ways, easements, etc. We’ll even talk to you a bit about what areas get the most sun and where moisture pools up during the rainy season in GEO. From there, we can begin to talk about where things will go, what types of items to include and what kind of maintenance will be required after the project is completed.
Maintenance
Once landscaping has been designed and constructed, it’s important that proper maintenance is provided. This will keep everything healthy and well maintained. We will address the current conditions of your property or home site when we meet with you for the first time. We utilize our knowledge of home / building design to come up with a plan that is aesthetically pleasing. -We can refer you to someone on our staff that can discuss more regarding the life cycle of certain plants, maintenance needs, habits, etc.

I planted SOD myself but I had no success, I hired the team at Maple Ridge Landscaping and they were able to help me out and give me the run down on how to maintain SOD so it would take and survive. Super thankful for there help.
